                                                                                                                                                                  SVE IS A NUT-FREE SCHOOL

From the Principal’s Office

E.Q.A.O. testing will take place May 22, 23, 24 for grade three students.  Please ensure that your child gets a good sleep and has a healthy breakfast to begin these testing days.  We want all students to perform their very best.  We do not however want to place undue stress or pressure on them.  They will receive breaks as appropriate and will not be required to work any full days on the tests.   Special thank you to the SCC for organizing snacks for the students.  We have had excellent participation in our monthly character education.  Winners of the Character Education Draw for honesty in March were Addison Cox, book;  Olivia Finan-Engel, book;  Emma Cupsky, Movie Pass;  Cole Fiegehen, Movie Pass.

Pop Tabs

Thanks to the students who continue to bring in the pop tabs.  The Elora Legion gave out 9 wheelchairs during April for a total of 2,714 wheelchairs.  We appreciate any and all the help that you can give.  Thank you to Brantley Dawn, Ellis McRonald, Bentley Owen, Liam Morrison and Mason Savage for their contribution of tabs.
